Meat

Depending on your eating and cooking habits, families usually buy a ½ beef every 6 months or every 12 months. For reference, our family of 4 eats beef 4-5 times a week and we go through a ½ beef every 6 months.

There are two options for cut sheets: a Griller’s Package and a Family Package. All cuts are vacuum sealed and labeled, with ground beef rolled in 1.5lb chubs.
