HOW DO I START?
1) Reserve your Beef (whether you order a HALF or QUARTER) today with a deposit of $500.
2) Come to our next Beef Party to get your frozen boxed beef. If you invite friends to split your order, we'll make room at the table for your beef swap!

Schedule a personal delivery (for a fee of $150) or pick-up by appointment.
3) Enjoy beef the way it should be!
A QUARTER Beef is about 175 lbs*, and may be split with your Social Share based on your preference for cuts and grinds.
A HALF Beef (1/2 a cow) is 230-250 lbs*. of our pasture raised, grain finished Angus Beef. All natural, no added hormones.
*Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts. Cuts included may vary slightly.

THE PACKAGING: All cuts (including ground beef patties) are individually vacuum sealed and labeled. 1-lb portions of ground beef are packaged in metal-free chubs (not vacuum sealed).
FREEZER SPACE: A Side of Beef requires approx. 15 cubic feet of freezer space.
SHIPPING: We encourage regional sourcing as as part of The Return To Better Living, and insist on quality and freshness for every order of our beef. For this reason, we do not offer shipping. Instead, we offer pick-up and delivery by appointment, and host seasonal pick-up parties as a chance to form relationships and have fun!

Elite Beef's social goal is to secure the food supply chain, and ensure that high quality, all-natural beef is available directly to consumers at an accessible price. We believe this bio-rich protein source promotes healthy living in many ways.

STEP 2) Place your order (or deposit, if a HALF or QUARTER).
STEP 3) Come to our next Beef Party! Our social events are a perfect way to try our beef bites and curated goods from our local partners. When you're ready, load your beef boxes to take home to your freezer.
If you can't make the party, you can schedule a pick up time (free) or delivery ($150 fee).
