- Pay in full, $3,300. Pay for your half beef today.
- $500 deposit (balance due later). Reserve your half beef with $500 today. The remaining $2,800 balance is due later, and our team will go over timing with you.
A HALF BEEF (half a cow) is 230-250 lbs.*

- 2-3 Chuck Roasts, 2-3 lbs each
- Chuck Short Ribs, 4-Bone, 3-4 lbs
- Dino Ribs, 3-Bone, 3.5-4.5 lbs
- Brisket, whole, 10-14 lbs
- 2 Chuck Eye Steaks, 1.5″ thick, 10-12 oz each
- Sierra Steak, 1-1.5 lbs
- 6–8 Denver Steaks, 3/4″-1″ thick, 8-12 oz each
- 4–6 Boneless Ribeye Steaks, 1.5″ thick, 14-16 oz each
- 2–4 KC Strip Steaks, 1.5″ thick, 18-22 oz each
- 6–8 Filets, 2″ thick, 6-8 oz each
- 8-12 Center Cut Sirloin Steaks, 1″ thick, 6-8 oz each
- 2 Top Blade Steaks, 1.5-1.75 lbs each
- Outside Skirt, 1 lb
- Inside Skirt, 1-1.5 lbs
- Flank Steak, 1.5-1.9 lbs
- Picanha (roast or steak), 2-3 lbs
- Tri Tip (roast or steak), 2-3 lbs
- Sirloin Flap (roast or fajita), 2.5-3.5 lbs
- 6-8 Stew Meats, 2-lb packages each
- 3-4 Hind Shank Soup Bones, 2″, 1-1.5 lbs each
- approx. 120 ground beef patties, 1/3 lb each, individually cryovaced
- 50–60 1-lb ground beef "chubs" (not cryovaced)
*Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts. Cuts included may vary slightly.
PACKAGING: All cuts (including ground beef patties) are individually vacuum sealed and labeled. 1-pound portions of ground beef are packed in metal-free chubs (not vacuum sealed).
FREEZER SPACE: A HALF BEEF requires approx. 15 cubic feet of freezer space.
HOW IT WORKS
- Choose pay in full or a $500 deposit. Either option reserves your half beef.
- Schedule your harvest date. After your order, our team will contact you to schedule your harvest date.
- Arrange your handoff. We don't ship. We work out pickup or delivery with you individually as a custom service, whether we bring it to you or meet you somewhere convenient. We serve Central Texas from Dripping Springs.
REFUNDS: Refunds are available within 30 days of the date your order is placed. See our refund policy.
