How it works
- Choose how to pay. Pay $3,300 in full, or reserve your ranch direct half beef with a $500 deposit (balance due later).
- Schedule your harvest date. After your order, our team will contact you to schedule your harvest date.
- Arrange your handoff. We don't ship. We work out pickup or delivery with you individually as a custom service, whether we bring it to you or meet you somewhere convenient.

What am I buying?
A ranch direct half beef (half a cow), cut and packaged. See the Half Beef page for the full list of included cuts.
How much does it cost?
A half beef is $3,300. You can pay in full, or reserve yours with a $500 deposit and pay the remaining $2,800 balance later. Our team will go over timing with you.
Do you ship?
No. A half beef is a lot of meat, so after your order we arrange pickup or delivery with you as a custom service. We serve Central Texas from Dripping Springs.
When will my beef be ready?
After your order, our team will contact you to schedule your harvest date.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds of the $500 deposit are available within 30 days of the date your order is placed. See our refund policy.
How much freezer space do I need?
A half beef requires approx. 15 cubic feet of freezer space.
